Nikolai is a director/DOP/editor.
He produced Dear Child (2021), a feature documentary produced and shot in Rio de Janeiro which won Ferrara UNICEF award, The Art of Waiting (2019) a political short film produced/shot in Beirut which premiered at the Venice Biennale and most recently produced/shot From The Mountain (2022) a Syrian/Jordanian production.
Currently he is developing PROPHET OF DOOM (Winner Best Pitch FEST 2020), an investigative documentary shooting in Spain, Russia and the US, and MIÐGARÐAKIRKJA shooting in Iceland.
